Business Philosophy and Goals:
Anne is supported by a team of Weichert professionals each working towards providing service to clients and fellow associates and team members. A Full-service organization, Weichert Realtors offers extensive services including their Gold Services staff complete with updated mortgage rates and programs to qualified buyers. Her support system allows Anne to concentrate on her clients needs and goals and provide individual and personal service through a one-on-one relationship.
Anne has won numerous awards both company-wide, regionally and office production since joining Weichert Realtors in 1983. she is a Listing and Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyers Rep ("ABR designation),Luxury Homes and Relocation Specialist. she has been a licensed NJ real estate Broker since 1983, licensed associate since 1980. Her educational background includes many of the skills she implements in her daily real estate business to help her clients meet their goals.
As a 30+ year resident of Mendham Township she knows the inventory, the market of the Mendham's and surrounding communities. She believes that, whether buying or selling real estate, Knolwedge, preparation, planning before integrating and/or implementing a plan influences the outcome. She personally helps her clients create with them a plan to meet their goals. I am a "one-on-one" realtor with my clients. If a customer "hires me", they deserve to "reach me" when they need me. I live here, work here, know and study the market relentlessly. I am a "stats-based, time-management, goal-oriented professional with highly organized systems to make my clients transition as pleasant as possible.
